Pre-ordering is the absolute best way to secure your favorite collectibles before they hit secondary market price spikes. Once your pre-order is locked in, we secure your allocation directly with the manufacturers.
🚀 1. How Our Pre-Order System Works
We offer many premium figures for pre-order months in advance. To secure your slot, you can choose to place a Pre-order Deposit. Once received, your name is officially added to our priority allocation list for that specific batch.
📌 First-Come, First-Served: Allocations are strictly processed based on the order timestamp. While product specifications/colors may slightly vary during final mass production based on initial manufacturer sheets, we will keep our listings updated with official notifications.
🔔 2. Arrival Notices & Stay Tuned
When your advance order is officially released by the studio and arriving at our warehouse, our system will automatically shoot you an Arrival & Balance Notice via email.

💳 3. Balance Payments & Cancellation Policy

10-Day Balance Window: To guarantee your allocation for hot-selling collectibles, the final balance must be cleared within 10 business days of receiving our email notice. Shipment will be safely dispatched immediately after full payment is finalized.
- ⚠️ Overdue Balance Failure (Order Forfeiture): If the final balance is not paid within the 10-business-day window after the product is officially released, the order will be automatically marked as abandoned/forfeited. In this case, the stock slot will be released, and the deposit will be strictly non-refundable.

Active Deposit Cancellation (50% Refund): If you choose to cancel your pre-order actively before the item ships, 50% of your deposit will be refunded to you. The remaining 50% will be retained as a handling fee for securing the manufacturer allocation.

Full-Payment Cancellation (15% Fee): For customers who chose to fully prepay for their orders, a 85% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be deducted if you wish to cancel before shipment. The remaining 80% will be fully refunded.
🛡️ 4. Pre-Order Fulfillment & Special Allocations
We work closely with trusted global distributors to fill every single pre-order we receive. However, on extremely rare occasions, factors beyond our control may occur—such as sudden manufacturer supply cuts, factory allocation shortages, or force majeure shipping delays.
In the unfortunate event that the supplier cuts our shipment and we cannot fulfill your order, Hsunnytoy will cancel the order and issue a 100% full refund of your payment immediately. While we cannot offer extra compensation for third-party manufacturer supply cuts, we promise complete transparency and instant communication throughout the process.
