We only ship to buyer's shipping address. We do not responsible for any incorrect address provided.

Buyer have responsibility to provide correct shipping address, if buyer want to change the shipping address, please contact us before placing order. If item can not arrive due to the address issue, we won't refund it, so please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Packaging & conditions

All orders are packed carefully by our shipping staff to ensure that the package gets to you safely. We try to do our part to help the environment so whenever possible we will reuse packing material. We do not take requests for custom packaging material. While we will do our best to pick out the best condition for items purchased, we DO NOT guarantee box condition of any items. To be fair to all our customers we do not take requests to go through our stock to pick out the best boxes.

Q: Why there's no updated information for my parcel for more than 7 days since it is said to be on board.

A: It is usual for international economic logistics, for most of the parcels, only when it arrives in the destination country there would be an update on its tracking information online. So pls be patient in getting an update. Upon our experience, 80% of our regular parcels (except for the heavy ones) would be delivered to our customer within 2-3 weeks, no matter how the updated information come out.

Q: Will my package get lost?

A: According to our experience, the possibility of losing the package (especially toy figures packed in a relatively big box) is below 0.3%, which means only 3 packages out of 1000 might get lost during the transit. So usually only delay (due to custom detaining, delay in transit and etc.) may happen but your package is safe and would finally be delivered even it is delayed for a very long time.

Damaged & Lost package

1. PLS DO NOT OPEN A PAYPAL CASE. If you find any damage or part loss after receiving the product. Contact us through email or facebook, we would check and solve it asap. (Refund, coupon, replacement part, we can discuss).

2. If you don't receive the product after 30 days, pls let us know and we would try to help (Total refund, Replacement shipment and etc.), we would also offer to you an extra coupon as a compensation.
