❌ 1. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations at any time before the product is shipped or enters the production phase. Once a package is dispatched and handed over to the courier, the order cannot be canceled.

Standard Cancellation Fee: To cover non-refundable payment gateway processing fees and administrative costs, a 8% cancellation/handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for buyer-initiated cancellations.

Out-of-Stock Products: If an item is unfortunately out of stock on our end, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately with zero deduction.

Pre-Order Exemption: Please note that standard order cancellation rules do not apply to Pre-order items. Pre-orders are strictly governed by our specialized Pre-Order Instructions.
📦 2. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the strict collector criteria:
📋 Eligibility Requirements: The item must be completely unused, unaltered, in the exact same condition as received, with all original factory tags attached, and inside its original unopened packaging (including factory seals and color boxes). We require an official receipt or proof of purchase to finalize the process. Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will automatically apply to all eligible returns to offset international logistics processing and warehouse management.

Return Shipping: Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying all return international shipping costs with a trackable courier service.

Once your returned parcel is safely received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will immediately send you an email notification confirming its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition. Upon approval, your refund will be processed dynamically, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or initial payment method within a few business bank processing days.
⏳ 4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your credit posting yet, please double-check your bank account first. Following that, contact your credit card issuer, as it often requires banking settlement buffer time before a refund officially reflects. Next, consult your local bank branch regarding processing windows. Lost in Local Distribution: If a package has arrived in your country but is confirmed lost by the carrier during local secondary distribution, any refund issued will have the actual shipping costs and statutory taxes incurred deducted from the total.

Delivered But Stolen (Porch Piracy): Once a package's tracking status is officially updated as "Delivered" by the local postal service to the shipping address provided by the buyer, Hsunnytoy cannot be held liable for any post-delivery theft or mailbox losses. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a secure drop-off point at their premises.
